Abstract
We have generated two iPSC lines from skin biopsies of two healthy individuals. Skin fibroblasts were derived and reprogrammed using a Sendai virus-based approach. The resulting iPSC lines have normal karyotype, express stemness markers and can generate endoderm, mesoderm and ectoderm in vitro. These iPSC lines can be used as healthy controls in differentiation paradigms as well as backbone for gene editing experiments.Entities:
