Salter-Harris type III fracture of the proximal humeral physis.

Abstract

Salter-Harris type III, IV and V injuries of the proximal humeral physis are rare. We report an undisplaced Salter-Harris type III injury of the humeral head physis in a 10-year-old girl. The fracture united with non-operative treatment.
