Abstract
Diffuse cerebrospinal gliomatosis is extremely rare. We report the case of a 47-year-old man who presented with clinical features of intracranial hypertension. He developed ascending paraplegia and died. This latter clinical feature has not previously been reported. Clinical features and diagnostic difficulties are discussed.Entities:
