Abstract
BACKGROUND: Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disorder caused by mutations in the DMD gene. Emerging antisense oligomer based exon skipping therapy provides hope for the restoration of the reading frame.Entities:
