Abstract
Triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) lesions are a common cause of ulnar wrist pain. Data, including mental status assessment, were prospectively collected from patients who underwent arthroscopy. The HADS was used to assess the prevalence of depression and anxiety. Patients with degenerative TFCC lesions were at an increased risk of anxiety and depression. Early screening for anxiety and depression in degenerative TFCC lesions patients should be recommended.Entities:
