Abstract
•Ovarian teratomas have been implicated in multiple paraneoplastic syndromes.•Opsoclonus-ataxia syndrome is a rare entity that may be secondary to a paraneoplastic, infectious, or idiopathic process.•Opsoclonus-ataxia syndrome may be associated with ovarian teratoma in both children and adults.•Prompt gynecologic involvement for teratoma resection is warranted.Entities:
