Abstract
Oblique reconstruction tomography for stress imaging of 99Tcm-t-butyl isonitrile was performed. Oblique reconstructions, transaxial reconstructions and conventional planar images were reported by three observers. These reports were compared in 12 patients with suspected heart disease, using ECG, cardiac enzymes and coronary angiography to derive diagnostic standards. Oblique reconstruction tomography gave better agreement between the observers and more accurate diagnoses than either transaxial reconstruction or planar imaging.Entities:
