Abstract
We report an infant with meningococcal septicaemia and meningitis who had panophthalmitis at presentation that was unresponsive to standard systemic antibiotic treatment but which responded to topical steroid and mydriatic treatment. The pathogenesis may have been immune mediated.Entities:
