Abstract
Person-centred care is known as a novel approach which contributes to wellbeing, prevention, care and support of patients. There is little evidence about practising PCC in stroke rehabilitation. In this paper, we develop a novel framework for creation of person-centred services for stroke rehabilitation which supports service configuration adapted to the requirements of each patient. The framework is elaborated over evidence from neurology department of Clinical Centre in Montenegro.Entities:
