Diane L Spatz1. 1. Dr. Diane L. Spatz is a Professor of Perinatal Nursing & the Helen M. Shearer Professor of Nutrition at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Spatz holds a joint appointment with the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) where she is a nurse scientist for the lactation program & founder of CHOP's Mothers' Milk Bank.
