Abstract
Primary sacral lymphoma is an unusual bone malignant tumor that poses a diagnostic challenge. Herein, we report a rare case of primary sacral lymphoma, which was initially assessed as suspicious bone metastasis. The subsequent histology and immunohistochemistry of the sacral biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Entities:
