Abstract
The most common serious consequences of trauma to the temporal bone are hearing loss and facial nerve paralysis. In order to prevent these sequelae, radiologic evaluation is often necessary. CT offers specific information about the extent of injury, including the presence of bony fragments that need removal in order to free the facial nerve.Entities:
