Abstract
An 80-year-old woman underwent aortic valve replacement and ascending aortic replacement. Two years later, computed tomography revealed a pseudoaneurysm of the ascending aorta replaced with a prosthesis. The pseudoaneurysm arose from the stump of a side branch of the prosthesis. Endovascular treatment for the pseudoaneurysm was carried out using the aortic extension cuff of an infrarenal endovascular system. The postoperative course was uneventful.Entities:
