Abstract
Keratoacanthoma is considered a variant of squamous cell carcinoma prone to spontaneous involution, but it may also rapidly grow and invade surrounding tissues. Herein, we report a case of keratoacanthoma-type squamous cell carcinoma that resolved after intralesional therapy with methotrexate.Entities:
