BACKGROUND: Postlaryngectomy stomal recurrence can infiltrate the adjacent tissues of tracheal stoma. However, to the best of our knowledge, there is no report about postlaryngectomy stomal recurrence invading the thoracic duct with intra-mass accumulation of chylous fluid. CASEEntities:
