Abstract
BACKGROUND: Helicobacter pylori infection has been associated with insulin resistance and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). This study was done to evaluate the effect of H. pylori-eradication therapy (HPET) in patients with NAFLD compared to standard management therapy (SMT).Entities:
