Abstract
Dermacentor pasteuri n. sp. (Acari: Ixodidae) is described based on adults ex wild boar and vegetation from Laos and Thailand. Adults of D. pasteuri n. sp. are similar to those of D. compactus Neumann, 1901, but can be distinguished by the shape of conscutum in the male, development of dorsal cornua in the female, size and shape of spurs on coxae and coloration of leg segments in both sexes.Entities:
