Abstract
Blastomycosis is a systemic fungal infection which primarily involves the lungs but can disseminate to involve extrapulmonary sites. Current testing that exists includes sputum, urine, serum, and pathological tissue analysis. Radiological testing is often non-specific and highly variable. Here we present five cases of pulmonary blastomycosis with challenging radiographic presentations.Entities:
