Abstract
Two lines of mice selected for genes controlling the character "quantitative agglutinin production" to heterologous erythrocytes were immunized orally by the intragastric administration of sheep red blood cells (SRBC). The quantity of circulating IgA anti-SRBC and the numbers of splenic plaque-forming cells of IgA and IgM classes were related to the genetic status of the animal lines.Entities:
