Abstract
BACKGROUND: Patients with heart failure (HF) with concomitant ischemic heart disease (IHD) have not been well characterized. We examined survival of patients with ischemic HF syndrome (IHFS), defined as presentation with acute HF and concomitant features suggestive of IHD.Entities:
