Enantiomorphism is the mirror-symmetry between the right and left corneas.[1] We would like to report two different forms of enantiomorphism.[1] Fig. 1a and b represent topography of a “pan-ocular enantiomorphic” 24-year-old male with -4.5DS OU; anterior chamber depth (ACD) 4.10 mm OD, 4.11 mm OS; white to white (WTW) measurement 12.4 mm OD, 12.3 mm OS; axial length (AL) 25.2 mm OD, 25.23 mm OS. He has identical axial lengths and refractive errors and mirror image corneas, which is called pan-ocular enantiomorphism. Fig. 1c and d represent topography of an exclusive “kerato-enantiomorphic” 23-year-old female who is axial anisometrope with -3.25DS/-1.5DC at 170° OD, -6DS/-1.75DC at 10° OS; ACD 3.73 mm OD, 3.71 mm OS; WTW 11.8 mm OD, 11.9 mm OS; AL 25.25 mm OD, 26.23 mm OS. She has axial length asymmetry and thus different refractive errors, yet mirror image corneas, termed kerato-enantiomorphism.
