Abstract
Complete surgical resection is the most critical factor to achieve better long-term outcomes in treating primary cardiac sarcomas; however, it is oftentimes hampered when there is extensive tumor involvement into important cardiac apparatus. Here, we report a case of successful complete resection of a cardiac sarcoma infiltrating the right atrioventricle, tricuspid valve, and right coronary artery.Entities:
