Abstract
Indoramin, an alpha adrenoreceptor antagonist, was given in tablet form, in addition to regular salbutamol by aerosol, to 30 patients with airway obstruction. Indoramin produced a small increase in peak flow rate, no change in forced expiratory volume in one second and no improvement in symptoms. Troublesome unwanted effects occurred in six patients.Entities:
