Abstract
Using adsorption-voltammetry and atomic absorption spectrometry, the author determined the nickel contents in 933 foodstuff-samples (market samples from a highly industrialized region of the GDR). The values found agreed well with data from the literature. The weekly nickel intake via foodstuffs is about 1,05 mg per person.Entities:
