Abstract
The torcular Herophili is formed by the joining of the major dural venous sinuses including the superior sagittal sinus, transverse sinuses, straight sinuses, and the occipital sinus. Surgically, knowledge of the position of the torcular Herophili is vitally important to avoid catastrophic hemorrhage. Here, we present a case report of an elevated torcularia found on radiological imaging. Such an anatomical variation should be kept in mind by clinicians and anatomists alike.Entities:
