Abstract
Red scrotum syndrome is an infrequently reported dermatosis characterized by scrotal erythema accompanied by burning, pain, or dysesthesia. It has been increasingly associated with prolonged use of topical corticosteroids. Treatment is challenging and symptoms may persist for months or years after discontinuation of the topical corticosteroids. We report three cases successfully treated with oral ivermectin.Entities:
