Abstract
Research indicates widespread sexual harassment has not significantly decreased in health care over the last several decades. Attention focused on sexual harassment in the last few years has prompted a renewed conversation in health care about these complex issues and the unique challenges they present. Given the significant implications for individuals, organizations, and patient care, addressing harassment should be a priority. Pharmacy schools and supporting pharmacy organizations should proactively address sexual and gender harassment and provide education about this issue.Entities:
