Abstract
•Small cell carcinoma of the endometrium is a rare malignancy with poor survival.•A patient was diagnosed with stage IV small cell carcinoma of the endometrium.•She was treated with surgery, chemotherapy (cisplatin/etoposide) and radiotherapy.•She remains disease free 5 years after completion of her treatments.Entities:
