Abstract
•Small cell carcinoma of the ovary hypercalcemic type (SCCOHT) is a rare neoplasm that mostly affects young women.•The chances of future fertility in women are limited due to the aggressive nature of SCCOHT and need for adjuvant therapy.•We report the case of a 26y woman with stage IA SCCOHT who had a successful pregnancy following surgery and chemotherapy.Entities:
