All odds ratios (OR) are adjusted for the 5-year age group, year of recruitment (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017), oral contraceptive use (yes, no), BMI (<23, 23–24.99, 25-27.49, and ≥27.5 kg/m2), and family history of breast cancer (yes, no). Breastfeeding history was adjusted for the number of live births.
Multivariate-adjusted ORs and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for associations between fertility factors and risk of invasive breast cancer by tumor subtype in the younger group (≤40 years).
