Abstract
OBJECTIVES: Specific systemic autoimmune syndrome characterized by inflammatory myopathy, arthritis or arthralgias, interstitial lung disease (ILD), fever, Raynaud's phenomenon, and mechanic's hands is called antisynthetase syndrome (AS). In 6 patients the coexistence of at least one ASA was found. Anti-ARS – anti-aminoacyl tRNA synthetase, ASA – antisynthetase antibodies, CK – creatine kinase, CRP – C-reactive protein, Jo-1 – anti-histidyl tRNA synthetase, PL-7 – anti-threonyl tRNA synthetase, PL-12 – anti-alanyl tRNA synthetase, OJ – anti-isoleucyl tRNA synthetase, EJ – anti-glycyl tRNA synthetase.
