Abstract
alpha1-Acid glycoprotein, a major human serum glycoprotein was detected and localized in human liver parenchymal cells of a biopsy specimen. A heavy metal salt containing fixative was required to retain sufficient antigen determinants of alpha1-acid glycoprotein in order to visualize this protein by the peroxidase-anti-peroxidase unlabeled antibody enzyme method.Entities:
