Abstract
We described the case of a 30-year-old male who came to the Emergency Department complaining of left shoulder pain and dyspnea under exertion. A bicuspid aortic valve and aneurysm of root and ascending aorta were diagnosed. These were initially managed with medical therapy and ultimately with definitive surgical correction.Entities:
