Abstract
Knee flexion contracture secondary to a severe pterygium is a disabling condition. Full surgical correction has not been possible because of the sciatic nerve and its terminal branches. Our technique to obtain full correction is to divide the nerve near the neuromuscular junction and bridge the defect with multiple sural nerve cable grafts. Microscopic technique is used.Entities:
