Abstract
A simple multiplexed digital microRNA detection strategy with fluorescence flow cytometry was proposed. By isothermal ligation-rolling circle amplification, multiplexed microRNAs could be simultaneously converted to a series of nanoflower balls (NFBs) and counted by flow cytometry directly.Year: 2020 PMID: 32286590 DOI: 10.1039/d0cc01530j
