Imbalance in those responses may result in human disease associated with inevitable consequences. The present work delivers our view of the corresponding phenomena, by involving the endothelium defender in meticulously orchestrated events against inflammatory stimuli. Immersing into the great depths of p53 cosmos may lead to promising therapies against devastating disorders, including acute respiratory distress syndrome.
