Abstract
Primary hydatid cyst of the brain in adults is rare and may pose multiple diagnostic problems. A 27-year-old man who presented with mild headache was diagnosed as having an isolated hydatid cyst of the brain. Computed tomographic findings, precautions at operation, and the risk of dissemination are discussed, and available literature is reviewed.Entities:
