Abstract
True pelvic floor areas are uncommon conditions, but they can occur after extensive pelvic surgery including radical cystectomies or pelvic exenteration. We present the case of a patient with a persistent hernia that failed a native tissue repair and required a prosthetic mesh implant as definitive surgical treatment.Entities:
