Abstract
Primary nasal tuberculosis is rare. We report a case of primary nasal tuberculosis in an elderly lady who presented with symptoms and signs suggestive of a nasal fossa tumour. Histological examination of the lesion revealed the diagnosis. Treatment was with standard anti-tuberculous chemotherapy. The implications of primary nasal tuberculosis are discussed.Entities:
