Abstract
We present three cases of spinal epidural abscess. Initial presentation of localized spinal pain and tenderness along with fever should lead one to suspect the diagnosis. An emergency myelography and prompt treatment with appropriate antibiotics is necessary to prevent catastrophic neurologic deficit.Entities:
