Abstract
A 25-yr-old man suffered from severe nocturnal asthma, which was shown to be provoked by pathological gastro-oesophageal reflux. A dramatic, immediate improvement of his pulmonary condition was achieved by treatment with omeprazole after failure of other therapeutic measures, including high doses of ranitidine.Entities:
