Management of mammary subpectoral implant distortion.

Abstract

Pectoral muscle flexion may impart an unpleasant distortionary appearance on the underlying mammary prosthesis. Surgical manipulation of the pectoral nerves and a change in the location of the mammary prosthesis are potential solutions to these problems.
