Abstract
Two case reports of abdominopelvic actinomycosis associated with an intrauterine device (IUD) are presented. In the first case, the association was difficult to establish and in the second one, a pelvic malignancy was suspected. The diagnosis and treatment of IUD-associated abdominopelvic actinomycosis are discussed on the basis of the present cases and the literature.Entities:
