Figure 3STRING protein-protein interaction diagram. GO and pathway enrichment analysis revealed that a cluster of proteins were involved in biological processes of neurogenesis, neuron differentiation, and neuro project development. Another cluster of proteins which were located in endoplasmic reticulum lumen, were involved in the pathways of post-translational protein phosphorylation, regulation of insulin-like growth factor (IGF) transport and uptake by insulin-like growth factor binding proteins (IGFBPs).
