Abstract
A case of radiculoencephalomyelitis caused by central nervous system involvement by Angiostrongylus cantonensis is reported in a 14 month-old girl. Evolution was spontaneously favourable, which is not usual in severe types. Lesions concerned the nevraxe and especially the spinal cord and are due to the migration of the larvae, creating eosinophilic inflammatory reactions.Entities:
