Abstract
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a metabolic stress-induced liver injury closely correlated with insulin resistance. Currently, the methods for clinical management of NAFLD patients mainly include removing causes, changing lifestyle and dietary structure, drug therapy and weight-loss surgery. This paper summarizes the occurrence and clinical management of NAFLD in patients with obesity, with the aim of formulating scientific clinical interventions for these patients and thus preventing the occurrence of NAFLD.Entities:
