Abstract
BACKGROUND: In a context of the potential epidemic nature of both diabetes mellitus (DM) and depression had negative effects in cases of disability and mortality. Coexisting depression had been linked to morbidity and mortality in people with diabetes. Therefore, this study aimed to identify psychosocial and clinical factors associated to develop depression symptoms in diabetes patients.Entities:
