Abstract
The lingual design advocated for complete lower dentures involves no changes in current concepts regarding minimum-pressure, functional impression techniques. The sublingual horizontal extension suggested is placed in a biologically acceptable fashion by increasing the area of the denture, which enhances retention and stability.Mesh：
