Abstract
Gallbladder carcinoma has several atypical presentations, but one of the rarest is intraluminal haemorrhage, which occurs in 1% of patients. We report a case of gallbladder cancer diagnosed by an emergency cholecystectomy, performed for acute cholecystitis caused by a hemocholecyst. © BMJ Publishing Group Limited 2020.
