Abstract
Here, we systematically investigated the performance of expansion microscopy (ExM) with different crosslinker concentrations. We modified ExM with 0.06% N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide (MBAA) (termed 0.06%-MBAA ExM), increased the expansion factor to 5.7 and achieved a lateral resolution of ∼50 nm with a common confocal microscope.Entities:
